This is a HUGE Financial endeavor not buying a Pizza or deciding what movie to see so using Agent Reviews on a site set up to help Agents find clients/leads would be silly and irresponsible imo.
Agents are selling Services..expensive services
(The cost will be included in the price you pay for the property)
Agents are competing with each other for your business, there is sales talk involved, claims of we do this, I'm the best, you get what you pay for, we have a Code so...
You are Hiring so you need to attempt to cut thru the Sales talk, the smoke. Become as informed as you can about the process, the options available then go out and interview, interview, interview
IMO everyone thinking of Buying or Selling should review the info on the Dept. of Justice website before talking to an Agent..know your options, what's available, determine what will work best for you
New business models are emerging that allow consumers to save thousands of dollars when they buy or sell a home
You don't "find" an RE Agent you Hire one and it's important to you that you make an good Hiring decision..it's your money and you're the one who will lose if you do not approach the selection seriously
Good Luck
