Openings now exist across YRCI business units including the Human Capital and Acquisition Management support areas. ?We are seeking an established and motivated Business Developer Federal Acquisition Programs for our Acquisition Management business based out of our Fairfax, Virginia headquarters to continue our growth. The successful applicant will be accountable for developing a robust qualified pipeline and will be a team leader for the capture process.? The selected candidate will work closely with our PMO team in qualifying and capturing new business and in building strong customer relationships.? Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Develop and expand client relationships with existing and new clients in coordination with YRCI PMO and SMEs ?
- Leverage extensive relationships with the small business community to develop a channel partner account strategy to address increasing set-aside opportunities
- Drive expansion of qualified pipeline of opportunities for YRCI services with emphasis on Acquisition Management, Grants Management, Financial Management services
- Work closely with recruitment staff to define clear requirements to meet competitive and client expectations
- Support competitor analysis and establishment of price to win and capture strategies
- Manage multiple client relationships from identification through capture and award.
Requirements: - Demonstrated leadership of million dollar deals in Acquisition Management services
- A BD focus and orientation with previous functional or PM delivery responsibilities
- Critical analysis and reasoning skills with emphasis on deal qualification and positioning
- Capture and closure oriented approach to developing and winning deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills
- Collaborative style working across company, customer and partner organizations
- Record of personal ownership in delivering challenging results
- College Degree and Top Secret clearance preferred
